Luxembourg Travel Guide
Tucked between France, Belgium, and Germany, Luxembourg is one of Europe’s smallest countries. It has less land area than the smallest U.S. state, and gets much fewer tourists than its surrounding nations. But don’t let any of that keep you from visiting. It is a country full of charm with its medieval castles, elegant architecture, and beautiful rural landscapes. Luxembourg is a hidden gem ready to be explored.

When To Visit Luxembourg
The best time to visit Luxembourg is during the summer, from June to September. High temperatures will average around 21°C (70°F) and the skies tend to be clearer. This makes it the ideal time for outdoor activities. Summer, however, is peak tourism season in Luxembourg, so do expect larger crowds.
You can also expect large crowds during major holidays such as Easter and Christmas.
If you’d like to avoid the crowds, visit during the spring (March-May) and fall (September-November) seasons. The weather is still pleasant, with average highs around 14°C (58°F). Visiting during these months offers a more peaceful experience but be sure to bring some extra layers.
