Hello May. You might be able to get a direct flight with a European airline. United is US based so flights between European cities will be limited. I recommend using Kayak.com to get an idea of which airlines fly between those cities, and then you can either book the flight on Kayak or on the airline’s website (we prefer the airline’s website). You could also compare direct flight times with direct train times, as a train overall could be faster (no time for security and train stations tend to be in the city center whereas airports are outside so you would have to take a train/bus/taxi to get into the city). Cheers, Julie

I was wondering if you get a direct flight to Budapest and Prague? I’m searching and most of them must go through Frankfurt( I mostly fly with United Airline). Any worthwhile suggestions for an airline would be appreciated. Thank you , May

Hello May. Prague, Vienna, and Budapest are very safe, especially in the main touristy areas. It’s best to do the itinerary open jaw if you can, as it saves a day of travel to get back to the starting point. Raileurope is an easy website to use for train travel in Europe. For Germany and central Europe, I prefer the dbahn website. Let me know if you have any other questions. Cheers, Julie
