In reply to Shankar. I don't recall what rental car company we used, as it has been a few years now, but most likely it was either Avis or Hertz, as those are the ones we most frequently use. You would have to check on the terms and conditions of the Chase Sapphire Reserve card if it covers CDW. Cheers, Julie

In reply to Joseph Cataldi. It's been several years since we have used Alamo or Enterprise so we don't have updated experience using them. On our last few visits to Italy over the past 3 years, we have used Avis with fairly good experiences. I recommend checking reviews for each company out of FCO and if they are similar, then go with the cheaper option. Cheers, Julie
