Curly, creator and author of this blog is a devilishly handsome man. Curly is charming and ageless. His wife Day, is quite possibly the luckiest woman on the planet. Together, they work, pay the bills, fight over who’s turn it is to do the dishes and travel together. During the day, he’s a rugged construction worker, at night mostly a couch potato, who likes watching re-runs of M.A.S.H. Every now and again, he’ll post something on his travel blog. Curly writes about his travels, and later, re-reads his posts and marvels over his brilliant writing skills. How you found this place, I haven’t a clue. But, you’re here now, so have a look around.

“We travel, initially, to lose ourselves; and we travel, next to find ourselves. We travel to open our hearts and eyes and learn more about the world than our newspapers will accommodate. We travel to bring what little we can, in our ignorance and knowledge, to those parts of the globe whose riches are differently dispersed. And we travel, in essence, to become young fools again- to slow time down and get taken in, and fall in love once more.”
